FCAP Array

FCAP Array is a powerful, scientific analysis software designed for Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) data. Two versions of the software, running in Microsoft Windows® and Apple Mac OS® operating systems have been developed.

The software contains tools for all of the jobs you need to easily and efficiently perform CBA data analysis from start to finish. FCAP Array enables laboratories to perform bioassays with an already extensive list of microbead applications far more easily and quickly than with other systems. The software supports the flexible, open-architecture design of most commercially available microbead based technologies. With FCAP Array, these technologies can be configured to perform a wide variety of bioassays quickly and accurately.

The software can read any legal FCS file versions 1 or 2, and it also reads most of the non-standard FCS files, thus supporting the analysis of data acquired on most commercial flow cytometers, including BD FACS Brand instruments, Beckmann Coulter flow cytometery systems, Luminex 100™ and other flow cytometers.

FCAP Array was developed in cooperation with BD Biosciences, San Jose, therefore the software provides special support to coordinate the acquisition of samples with the BD FACSArray bioanalyzer.

	The software package was designed/developed with worldwide regulatory requirements in mind. The software supports and documents the entire experimental process of the investigation, including the design of the experiment, the laboratory instructions of the sample preparation, the acquisition setup, the data processing and the report generation. Each customer is responsible for ensuring their processes and softwares comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
